Security Officers Operate under state law 493 in the security hand book the state law superseed the company policy. the law for security give the Security the power to used deadly force to protect themself and other from imminent death or great bodily harm. non-deadly force may be used by security officers to the extent necessary for self-defense or defence of another against the unlawful force or to prevent or terminate tresspass or interference with property they have a legal duty to protect. A security officer working in retail who have probable cause to believe that retail theft has occured have specific statutory authority to detain shoplifting suspects until the police arrived to arrest the suspect.

I believe the by Carnival taking torists there they are still helping Haiti's economy. The rest of the country did not stop living because of any past disasters, even the ones that happened on our soil. It's up to the people that was booked on the cruise way in advance to protest or boycott not us.

Hello, I am the Director of the Samaritan Corp./Youth Mentoring program in Ocala, Florida which is geared towards improving the community through our youth. We cater to both male & female youth and we are working hard to teach the youth in our community how to set & reach for their goals, life skills, how to deal with stress, how to recognize what triggers your stress, how to fill out an application and dress for job interviews. We also have prevention & substance abuse counselors from a local mental health agency, local business men/women and school officials that come in to speak with our youth to encourage them to keep moving in a positive direction. I was wondering if there was any advice you can give my team and I that will help us reach our youth and the community better? I understand how busy you are but I would really appreciate your advice to our program.

Absolutely not. I would be upset (As any parent SHOULD be) but instead of fussing and yelling, I would probe to find out what the problem is at home. Your home is your place of comfort, safety and love and obviously if the teen wants to move out they are not getting that from home. That then leads to them looking for those things in other places. I would have a deep conversation with that teen about what’s going on in their lives at that time (which really should be a regular, PARENTS SHOULD ALWAYS CONVERSE WITH THEIR KIDS ABOUT EVERYDAY LIFE). The next conversation would have to be about just how close they are or have gotten to this mate because obviously they are pretty close for her/him to be comfortable enough to move in together. Ultimately the answer would be No, but a lot of parents have to learn how to say no and also realize that they (parents) play a part in the situation as well. The fact that you teen would have the guts to ask you something like that means there is any issue regarding how that child was raised or just the relationship with that child all together.

It's about time that we as black people give the people who saw change long before obama came along some respect there called interracial couples remember them they use be called sell outs but because of interracial couples we have our first president of color. And what about the blacks who was picked on by other blacks because we said they talked white look how we as blacks picked on bryant gumble for so many years and why because of the he spoke but go right ahead and forget how we treated those people trust me they haven't some of us need to take a good listen to Dr,MLK I HAVE DREAM speech.

I would be extremely scared to have my kids going to school with KKK members. Unfortunately, we can't stop people from thinking how they think, but we should be able to protect our kids from threatening forces in school.

What difference does it make, if he or she is gay or not. As long as they aren't touching me, then it's fine. Isn't America about being yourself and living the dream? Doesn't this count. We need to stop judging people based on there looks and preference.
