Teach safe, fun, and effective group exercise classes while providing a high level of member service.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
TEACHING SKILLS
Provide group exercise classes that begin and end on time and follow the scheduled class guidelines as outlined in the class descriptions.
Provide complete instructions, including body alignment, movement execution, muscle groups and corrections.
Demonstrate correct body alignment and execution of each exercise.
Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of safety recommendations and injury prevention guidelines for both participants and instructors; current with all safety recommendations and policies.
Choreograph movements to provide exercise patterns that are compatible, creative, interesting, fun, safe and effective.
Provide variety by varying the choreography, music and exercises.
Use proper flow and transition techniques.
Use appropriate level of intensity, pace, time breakdown and choice of exercise for each class.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES
Provide a positive and enjoyable class atmosphere; give encouragement and create a comfortable and appealing environment with music and communication.
Be courteous and friendly, greeting members by name whenever possible.
Demonstrate genuine interest in and dedication to improving the health and fitness of the members.
Communicate member feedback, comments and suggestions to management.
Assist in providing class utilization reports.
Adhere to microphone and stereo usage policies.
Incorporate safety training and awareness into daily activities.
Enforce member rules and regulations.
Maintain work area in a clean and orderly fashion.
Assist and support with special projects, events, and promotions as needed.
All other duties as assigned.

Create and continually improve upon a state of the art wellness and fitness program. Monitors fitness area for health and safety issues. Assists clients with the proper use of equipment. Provides information on fitness and exercise to clients, including demonstration on correct technique. Clean, lubricate and maintain fitness equipment. Use motivational skills and techniques. Organize exercise activities. Organize test and measurement programs. Respond appropriately to any safety issues/emergencies. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Certified by one of the following: NSCA, ACSM, NASM, NCSF, NFPT, ACE, or AFAA.
Possess CPR/AED certification
Must be enthusiastic and dynamic, with excellent interpersonal skills.
Scheduled early morning and evening/weekend hours available. Ability to train additional clients based on mutually agreed upon scheduling.

Job Description
GENCO has an immediate opening for a 1st Shift Warehouse Munitions Specialist for Patrick Air Force Base site, located in Cocoa Beach, Florida.
The position is responsible for:
•Performs all tasks to transort, receive, store, issue, and inspect munitions within the framework of established government regulations, applicable technical orders, local policies/procedures or other governing munitions management guidelines
•Mannually loading/unloading trucks containing munitions
•Unpacking, shelving, or placing munitions in proper storage locations by proper class as specified in technical orders and Air Force Directives
•Requires operating MHE, hand trucks, carts, forklifts or electirc powered forklifts, etc., to transport toods and materails around warehouse or other establishments
•Inventory all munitions within specified schedules
•Perform all duties of Munitions Inspector(surveillance inspections of munitions to determine and identify serviceability, potential hazards, and possible deterioration).
Required Skills
The successful candidate will have:
•Four (4) years experience in ordinance/munitions with at least two (2) years experience as a Munitions Inspector
•Completion of Air Force Munitions Inspector course required
•Ability to abtain commercial drivers license with a hazardous endorsement
•Ability to obtain a government Security Clearance (Secret)
•Munitions CAS/Document control training/experience desired
•Measuring, observing, inspecting, testing, analyzing, classifying, and recording inspection results of munitions and components in movement, storage and use
•Receive, store, and handle munitions and training items
•Prepare and schedule munitions for shipment
•Prepare and process all documentation in the Combat Ammunitions System (CAS) database
•Perform document control and munitions operations duties as required
•Any/all other duties as assigned
