I would use the saved money to clean up our credit. I have a single income family of 5. My income was reduced due company changes. We are currently renting and would like to one day purchase our own home. We are barely living within our means, with little room for error or miscalulations. My fiance is currently going to school and taking care of the children. We have made the decision to keep the children at home and not use a daycare to help save money on child care expenses. Hopefully by using this opportunity to save money will put us in better financial situation in the near future.
