Ingredients:

• Custard Corn Bread
• 1 can coconut milk.
• 1 small package Jiff corn mix (mix as on package)
• 1 tablespoon vanilla
• 2 tablespoon sugar

  Mix the Jiff as directed on package in a bowl add the coconut milk, sugar and vanilla
  Pour in a baking dish bake the required time for the Jiff
  When you remove from the oven it will still be runny, put in the refrigerator and let cool
  When cooled this will form the milk into a pudding
  Slice and serve as a desert
