Chrystal Holmes is a veteran in the Radio industry with more than 20 years experience, in 8 markets. She has worked on the East Coast in markets from New York to South Carolina. The formats have varied from Easy Listening to Top 40. She has also voice tracked for a Jazz Outlet, on Satellite radio World Space and has been heard in several countries on 4 continents. She has worked at Top rated Urban Contemporary station, WHUR for six years. She most recently, was the Program Director and morning show Co-host at AM talk station WURD in Philadelphia. She enjoys live theatre, concerts, traveling and intimate evenings with family and friends, playing board games.

What is your favorite TV show...back in the day & now? How far is back in the day? Growing up I liked watching 'Wonder Woman', how she would fight for truth and justice, and always saved the day, today I like Woman's Murder Club, and Cold Case.

What is your favorite CD...old school & nu skool? I'm really feeling Angie Stone's latest project. Phyllis Hyman's 'Living All Alone'.

What is your favorite sandwich? A Smoked Turkey on toasted wheat with spicy mustard, alfalfa sprouts,sun dried tomatoes, pickles and hot peppers.

Favorite item of clothing? My flannel PJ's.

Favorite time of day why?I am a nocturnal person, so in the evening the real me comes alive!

Where were you born? I was born in Gastonia, NC, but lived in Providence, RI for the first 12 years of my life, then we moved back to NC.

Favorite college & pro sport to watch? College Basketball, Pro Football.

What did you want to be when you were little? Grown!

Favorite restaurant?There is a spot in DC called 'Bus Boys and Poets',good food, great atmosphere.

Which store would you choose to max out your credit card & why? Believe it or not, I do not like to go shopping, so can I get back to you on that one..

What do you do most often when you are bored?I will call friends to catch up on what's going on.
