According to Woods' camp, he will speak to "a small group of friends, colleagues and close associates," though it is not certain whether or not his wife Elin Nordegren will be by his side.
And the fact that Tiger won't permit journalists to ask questions has caused the Golf Writers Association of America to boycott the event.
GWAA president Vartan Kupelian told press,"To limit the ability of journalists to attend, listen, see and question Woods goes against the grain of everything we believe."
