Hound Ground at Central Winds Park

Hound Ground is a popular dog park off SR 434 which has been at a temporary location since 2004. For the past 3 years this park has been located at Central Winds Park on the bank of Lake Jessup. With a recent vote by the city council the park has been given approval for a permanent spot on the same parcel of land, moving it closer to 434. There are extensive plans in place for the permanent location including benches, fencing, shade structures for owners and restrooms nears the park. No date has been given for the opening of the permanent location as of yet but until then the temporary spot remains open for all dog lovers to enjoy.
